What exactly comes with the GCPF workout system? 

We designed GCPF to be as comprehensive as possible so you can take on your workouts like a champ. When you log into our system, you will find our introduction and welcome section that provides a walk-through video on how to use GCPF, and a Getting Started Guide. 

Within each module, you will have 4 weekly workouts (2 full body strength, and 1 upper and 1 lower body hypertrophy). Each exercise in the workout has a full video tutorial that goes over every detail so you feel like your coaches are right there with you. The workout section also has a warm-up guide.

In addition, you will receive new videos each month in our education center that go over general anatomy, breathing, posture, mobility, stability, the pelvic floor, and pain issues in the low back, SI joints, glutes-- with tips on how to fix it. 

If that's not enough to entice you- we also offer technique corrections, and tons of bonus interviews with experts on pain management, fat loss, nutrition, mindset, and motivation. 

What if I've never used weights or been to a gym?

We recommend you have basic knowledge of resistance training. This is not a program for anyone brand new to lifting weights or performing exercises that require resistance. Though we provide detailed walk-through tutorials of all exercises in the program, there is a learning curve that may feel overwhelming to anyone brand new to strength training. 

What if I don't belong to a gym? 

You will need basic fitness equipment for this program. You don't need a full commercial gym, but standard equipment includes weights (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, or any other weighted equipment works well), bands of various sizes and lengths, a pull up bar, and a bench. 

We do provide substitutions for certain exercises so you have options for equipment.

Can I do this alongside other workout programs? 

We do not recommend combining GCPF with other strength-based workout programs. However, we encourage you to stay active and do other activities that you enjoy, as long as you feel recovered and are not at risk for injury. 

This might include cardio, yoga, dancing, swimming, cycling, martial arts, and many other activities. The important thing is to take note on how you feel. If you begin to experience pain and fatigue, we recommend that you scale back on other activities until you complete the program. 

How long do I get to keep the GCPF Workout? 

You have access to all your content for the lifetime of the program. You can reuse the content at any time, revisit modules you've already worked through, and go through the workout system as many times as you like.

Is this program for men? 

Yes, we encourage everyone to try this program! It's not just for women. The program was designed to work for anyone who has a basic understanding of strength training, and some experience in the gym. 

The workouts will greatly benefit anyone who is looking to get leaner and stronger, and the mini lessons and interviews address issues that are relevant to everyone.

Will this program treat pelvic floor issues like prolapse and leaking? 

No, this program is intended to give you a base knowledge about how the pelvic floor and core should work. You will probably see an improvement in your pelvic floor but it's not intended to treat any pelvic floor issues. 

 What's the refund policy?

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase by contacting our support team at [email protected]  We will NOT provide refunds after 30 days from the date of original purchase. On the 31st day, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the product, regardless of whether or not you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via a Collection Agency.
